The objective of the NSC N105 Safety Training School is for the participants to have an experiential learning journey of the various workplace risks they might encounter during their work. This will be achieved by the participants interacting and being exposed to various scenarios without the risk of being injured but with the benefits of having the experience of “what if”. This hands on learning process will allow for participants to better retain knowledge and have a clearer understanding compared to the traditional training methods. Upon completion of the 8 hours course the participants will be able to better understand workplace risks and keep themselves safe so that they can go home to their families everyday.
